    Description

    This is an 1860 to 1880s Victorian rolled gold (similar to gold plated) taille d'epargne enamel buckle style scarf clip.
    The hinged scarf/cravat clip has a plain and unembellished elliptical form, consisting of two portions. The anterior face of this Victorian scarf clip is ornamented with an overlapped belt and buckle design. The clip is embellished with a “ribbon/belt” with a blue enamel decoration. The two halves of this exceptional clip secure with a push fit clasp. In excellent condition.
